Makes 4 Servings
Cover each with ½ pepper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fold up edges, and pour about 3 ounces (1/4 bottle) Angry Orchard Apple Cider over sausage and peppers.
Fold over and seal to create a packet.
Place directly in smoldering embers of a campfire, or close to the edge of a roaring one.
Cook until packets begin to hiss and bubble; remove and set aside until cool enough to touch.
Open and enjoy!
