Combine yogurt with spices, sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside and let marinate for 1 and a half hours.
Mix yogurt with apple cider and honey. Place in the freezer for 1 and a half hours. About 10 minutes before you remove the yogurt mixture from the freezer, dice the apple into small chunks—enough for ½ cup. Drain any liquid from the apples that has collected, remove the yogurt from the freezer and stir in the apples. Return to the freezer for 30 more minutes. Serve directly from the freezer either alone or as an Angry Orchard float by placing 2 scoops of yogurt in a frozen mug and topping with Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Cider.
*Apple Pie Spice is a common blend that is found in the spice section of your grocery. You can also use equal parts ground cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
