Apple, Cranberry, and Almond Coleslaw


  • 1 Small head Cabbage, Green shredded
  • 2 Each Carrots, shredded
  • 2 Each Apples, Red firm, julienne
  • 3 Each Scallions, fresh chopped
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
  • ¼ Cup Dried Cranberries
  • Salt, Kosher To Taste
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Angry Orchard Crisp Cider
  • ¼ Cup Apple cider vinegar


In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apples, and scallions; season with salt to taste.

In a separate bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar.

Dress vegetables with vinaigrette, mixing in almonds and cranberries, keeping some to sprinkle on top.
