Join us as we kick-off Community Harvest Fest Weekend at Angry Orchard with our own Cider Pairing dinner on Friday, September 20th! The dinner will feature 5 courses, all paired with a ciders made from our Orchard and highlighting specific apple varieties. The dinner will begin at 7pm with a welcome cocktail hour, with dinner to begin at 8pm. Tickets are $130 per person, 21+, and must be purchased in advanced. Please notify at time of purchase if you have any allergies. Any substitutions are made at the digression of our kitchen team.

- Pink Pearl Amuse Buche
Ricotta and fresco filled Pink Pearl Cup, brunoise apple, mint paired with Bud Break

- Pumpkin and Apple Soup
Roasted pumpkin and apple, pumpkin seeds paired with Tremlett’s Bitter

- Apple and Beet Salad
Apple and frisee tossed in warm bacon apple cider vinaigrette, cider roasted sliced beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts paired with American Holiday

- Seared Duck
Couscous succotash, pea puree, seared duck breast, picked apples, duck demi glaze paired with Albany Post

- Apple Cider Whoopy pies
Apple cider infused whoopy cookie, vanilla cream cheese filling paired with Ice Cider
