Get ready to kick off summer with tropical vibes and bold cider flavors at our Tropical Themed Cider Pairing Dinner on June 26th from 6-8pm! Join us at Angry Orchard for a festive evening featuring a 4-course island-inspired menu, each dish expertly paired with one of our signature ciders.

• First Course: Ahi Poke – garlic, ginger, yuzu, scallions, blood orange, sesame, taro root, and caviar, paired with Cidewineder 1
• Second Course: "Surf and Turf" Fried Rice – fried spam, garlicky shrimp, scrambled egg, edamame, pineapple, scallions, cilantro, ponzu, and furikaki, paired with First Crush
• Third Course: Kalua Pig – huli huli sauce, braised cabbage, and Hawaiian style mac salad, paired with Super Natural
• Fourth Course: Haupia with caramelized apples and pineapple, candied macadamias, paired with Pomme Reserve
