Angry Pie


  • 6 oz. Angry Orchard Crisp Apple
  • 1 oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 1 oz. pumpkin purée
  • 0.5oz lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick (garnish)
  • 1 dollop ready whipped cream


In a mixing glass add pumpkin syrup, bourbon, and lemon juice. Cover with ice and shake. Then, add Angry Orchard to the shaking tin. Strain into tall Collins glass. Add whipped cream to the top and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
