In a large pot over MEDIUM heat, add cider and bring to a simmer.
Next, add the cheeses and stir until combined and smooth-about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
Keep in the pot or pour melted cheese in a heat-proof serving bowl. Serve with crackers, apples, assorted vegetables and cubed bread.
You can use a small crock pot placed on the WARM setting to keep the fondue melted and smooth for extended periods of time.Print Recipe
