Angry Orchard Crisp Fondue Dip

  • 1 bottle Angry Orchard Crisp Cider
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded provolone
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 2 cups shredded swiss Ground cinnamon, for garnish Ground nutmeg, for garnish Ground clove, for garnish

Serve With:

  • Assorted crackers
  • Diced apples (such as honeycrisp and fuji)
  • Assorted seasonal vegetables
  • Cubed sourdough or French bread


In a large pot over MEDIUM heat, add cider and bring to a simmer.

Next, add the cheeses and stir until combined and smooth-about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.

To serve:

Keep in the pot or pour melted cheese in a heat-proof serving bowl. Serve with crackers, apples, assorted vegetables and cubed bread.


You can use a small crock pot placed on the WARM setting to keep the fondue melted and smooth for extended periods of time.
