Evening with an Expert is a 45 minute guided tasting hosted by one of our Certified Pommeliers, Tom! Taking place in the Barrel Room of our historic Stone Barn, this intimate experience invites guests to slow down, explore, and deepen their appreciation through thoughtful discussion and expertly selected pours.
Each tasting is seasonally curated and evolves throughout the year, making each visit a little different. With a new theme introduced monthly, Tom will guide you through the nuances of flavor, craft, and technique while sharing insights, stories, and behind-the-scenes knowledge along the way. Whether you’re a curious newcomer or a seasoned enthusiast, Evening with an Expert offers a relaxed yet enriching way to connect more deeply with what’s in your glass.
