Baked Brie with Cranberry Preserves

The acidity in Angry Orchard Pear will cut through the rich cheese, creating a perfect balance without overwhelming the palate. The fruity pear notes will highlight the honey and cranberry preserves.

  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (As desired)
  • ½ lb. Brie
  • Honey (As desired)
  • Cranberry preserves (As desired)


Preheat oven to 350F. Slice baguette and drizzle with olive oil. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crisp.

For the brie: place on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until soft and gooey.

To serve: Drizzle brie with honey and top with the cranberry preserves. Serve immediately with the sliced bread.
